You add a payment method at checkout but aren’t charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Play also has a free-forever Rookie plan (1 playbook, 12 plays) if you just want to try the editor first.

No. Team Manager is a flat rate — you can invite up to 100 coaches and players at no extra cost. Roles (coach/player) and per-playbook visibility control who sees and edits what.

No. Plays stay in your account permanently. When you downgrade to Free, plays above the limit become non-editable but are not deleted — you can edit them again as soon as you upgrade.
